A recent, interesting discussion started by Pennaz91 ('Outline problem') lead to a few thoughts about how Artoonix could be improved. An equally interesting response from Andrei illustrates that the Artoonix team monitor our various discussions and comments, but usually only follow up on suggested ideas when they are formally posted as a specific 'feature request'.

This is very logical.

So my suggestion for forum members is to carefully distil whatever thoughts they have during a discussion and where these point to something that could usefully be put forward as a new feature request, to do so within that part of the forum and to make it clear that a new or upgraded feature is being requested. When you do this, be as exact and as clear as you can so that the development team know exactly what feature(s) you are referring to.

In this way they can decide if a new feature is actually going to be possible or useful or (as has happened with a few of my own suggestions), they can explain how something can already be done without the need for any changes.
