The whole site got revamped over the last couple of days and as a result the Gallery format has been changed - two sections have now been created: "Featured Submissions" and pretty much "All the rest". The moderators will decide regularly if the "featured list" should be updated with new submissions. The best one from this list will be featuring on our front page.

Warning: as of 2006.12.27 all the offensive submissions will be deleted from the server. This is caused by increased amount of abusive material and comments submitted to the gallery. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Along the same lines, we removed the option of making in-line comments (it seems that some people simple cannot handle the freedom of making anonymous comments without becoming abusive). From now on commenting can only be done through this forum. Rating is still active in the galleries.

On behalf of gallery moderators

Very sensible. I used to use 'Tales Animator' which had a link to YouTube for submitted movies - but in the end it was swamped by truly awful animations featuring only bodily-waste. Anyone new who might have considered the software would have seen those and promptly looked elsewhere ... especially as the program was originally designed for use by children or adults working with children.

Well done for taking the initiative in that area.
